Terms of Service

1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using face.less (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under 18, a parent or legal guardian must accept these Terms on your behalf.
3. Your account
You are responsible for all activity on your account and for keeping your password confidential. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans renew monthly until cancelled. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not issue refunds for partial months except where required by law. You can cancel anytime from the billing portal in Settings.
5. Free trial
New accounts receive three (3) free videos. The trial is non-transferable and non-refundable. face.less reserves the right to modify or end the trial at any time.
6. Acceptable use
You may not use the Service to create content that (a) is illegal, harassing, hateful, or defamatory; (b) infringes on intellectual property or privacy rights; (c) impersonates others; (d) contains sexual content involving minors; or (e) violates the terms of the platforms you post the output to (TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
7. Your content
You retain ownership of the Reddit posts you select, the scripts you edit, and the videos you render. You grant face.less a limited license to process, store, and render this content solely to provide the Service. You are responsible for confirming the rights to repost or adapt any source material.
8. Third-party services
face.less uses third-party APIs including ElevenLabs (voice), AssemblyAI (transcription), Pexels (stock footage), OpenRouter (language models), Stripe (payments), Supabase (auth/storage), and Cloudflare (delivery). Your use of the Service is also subject to their terms.
9. Service availability
We aim for high uptime but make no guarantees. The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, face.less's aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of $100 or the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for violating these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time from Settings.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced via email or an in-app notice. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
